We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging and certification. Items must be free from damage, scratches, or any signs of wear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must include:

• Proof of purchase
• Original Spadavecchia Diamonds packaging
• All relevant paperwork (including diamond certificates, receipts, and any accompanying documentation)

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bespoke and made-to-order pieces
• Earrings or body jewellery due to hygiene reasons (including nose piercings, belly piercings, earrings, etc.)
• Resized rings (whether resized before or after purchase)
• Engraved or personalised items (including name bracelets, necklaces, and custom pieces)
